1. 关于本条款

本条款是你与指尖3D（Digit 3D）独立开发者之间关于本应用的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并接受本条款。本条款同时适用于从 Google Play 安装的版本与从本站下载的版本；两者的差别在文中会明确标出。与本条款配套的还有隐私政策，它说明我们收集什么、不收集什么。

如果你不接受本条款，请不要使用本应用；已经安装的，卸载即可。

2. 授权范围

• 我们授予你一份个人的、不可转让的、非独占的许可，在你自己的设备上安装并使用本应用，用于个人或商业的设计与制图工作。你用本应用做出来的图纸与模型归你，我们不主张任何权利。
• 本应用本身（含代码、界面、图标与文案）的著作权归开发者所有。请不要反编译、反汇编、破解或试图绕开授权校验，也不要再分发经过修改的安装包。
• 免费部分永久免费。标注为 Pro 的功能需要有效的订阅、以前买的永久版或激活码，或在有效期内的试用（见第 4 节）。

3. 账号

• 账号是可选的（从本站下载的版本与 Google Play 版都有）。不登录也能使用全部免费功能；订阅要登录账号（Google Play 版的试用也要），权益记在账号上，换台手机登录一下就回来。以前买的激活码照常在你的设备上离线验证、永久有效，跟登不登录无关。
• 注册需要一个邮箱和一个密码。请自行妥善保管密码；凡是用你的账号和密码完成的操作，都视为你本人的操作。发现账号被人用了，请尽快改密码（改密码会把其他设备全部下线）。
• 一个账号最多同时绑定 3 台设备，且在一段时间内新增设备的次数有限制。这是为了让「一份权益点亮任意多台机器」变得不可行，正常换机不受影响。设备满了可以自己在「我的 › 账号」里解绑一台。
• 一枚激活码只能绑定一个账号。绑错了账号请联系我们。
• 你可以随时在「我的 › 账号」里注销账号，账号号、邮箱、密码、设备清单与权益绑定会被立即彻底删除。注销不会取消 Google Play 订阅，请在 Google Play 的「付款和订阅」里取消，否则会继续扣费。以前买的激活码照常在你的设备上生效，而且会被释放出来，将来还能绑到新账号上。
• 如果你把接口拿去做与正常使用无关的事（脚本刷号、刷验证码、轮换设备），我们可以限制或停用相关账号。

4. 付费、订阅与退款

• Pro 与 Max 按月或按年订阅。Max 包含 Pro 的全部功能，外加云存储。永久版（买断）已不再出售；以前买的永久版与激活码继续有效，不会到期。
• Google Play 版通过 Google Play 结算，到期自动续费；随时可以在 Google Play 的「付款和订阅」里取消，取消后在已付费的周期结束前照常可用。退款适用 Google Play 的退款政策，请通过 Google Play 申请。
• 从本站下载的版本通过我们指定的渠道付款，权益开通到你的账号上，到期后不会自动扣费。退款按你所用购买渠道的规则办理；请在购买前确认本应用在你的设备上能正常运行 —— 本应用提供免费试用，就是为了让你先试后买。
• 换机不额外收费：登录账号即可把权益带到新设备；实在登不上的，联系我们。
• 请不要转卖、出借或公开分享账号或激活码。我们对因此失效的账号或激活码不承担任何责任。

5. 你的文件与内容

你打开、导入或创建的一切图纸与模型只在你的设备上本地处理，不会被上传，登录之后也一样；唯一的例外是云存储：只有你开通 Max、打开云存储并对某个工程点「备份」时，那份工程才会上传（详见隐私政策第 3、4 节）。除此之外，我们没有你的文件，也就无法替你找回：请自己做好备份。

6. 可接受的使用

使用本应用时，请不要：绕开或试图绕开授权校验；对本站接口发起自动化的批量请求；拿邮箱验证码接口向他人发送骚扰信息；上传违法内容到反馈看板；或以任何方式干扰其他用户的正常使用。

7. 第三方与开源组件

本应用使用了若干开源组件（如 Open CASCADE Technology，LGPL-2.1 附例外条款，动态链接；Jetpack Compose、AndroidX、Kotlin 协程，Apache-2.0）。完整清单见开源许可。DWG 支持由一个独立的插件应用提供，它按 GPLv3 单独分发，不属于本应用（见 DWG 说明）。

8. 免责声明与责任限制

• 本应用按「现状」提供。我们尽力把它做对，但不承诺完全无缺陷、也不承诺适用于任何特定用途。
• CAD 的输出结果仅供参考。测量值、几何运算、导出的图纸与模型，在用于制造、施工或任何有安全后果的场合之前，必须由你自己或有资质的人员复核。我们不对因直接采用本应用输出而产生的任何损失负责。
• 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接的、附带的、惩罚性的损失，以及数据丢失、利润损失不承担责任；对于确需承担的责任，总额以你为本应用实际支付的金额为限。
• 上述限制不排除依法不可排除的责任。

9. 服务的变更与终止

• 我们可能新增、修改或下线某些功能。重大变更会在应用内或本站说明。
• 万一本站的发码与账号服务停止运行，你已经激活的永久版不受影响 —— 激活码是在你的设备上离线验签的，不需要联网、不需要账号、也不会到期。这一条是我们对付费用户的承诺。
• 如果你严重违反本条款（例如破解、批量刷接口、倒卖账号或激活码），我们可以停止向你提供账号与发码服务。

10. 法律适用与争议解决

本条款适用中华人民共和国内地法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

11. 条款变更

本条款如有更新，我们会修改本页面并更新顶部的"生效日期"。重大变更会通过应用或本站提示。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。

1. About These Terms

These Terms are the agreement between you and the independent developer of Digit 3D regarding the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you have read and accept them. They apply both to the build installed from Google Play and to the build downloaded from this site; where the two differ, it is stated explicitly. They go together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do and do not collect.

If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App; if it is already installed, uninstall it.

2. Licence

• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the App on your own devices, for personal or commercial design and drafting work. The drawings and models you make with the App are yours; we claim no rights over them.
• The App itself (code, interface, icons, and text) remains the developer's copyright. Please do not decompile, disassemble, crack, or attempt to bypass the licence check, and do not redistribute modified builds.
• The free part stays free forever. Features marked Pro require an active subscription, a lifetime licence or activation code bought earlier, or an active trial (section 4).

3. Accounts

• An account is optional (in both the build downloaded from this site and the Google Play build). All free features work without one; subscriptions require an account (so does the trial in the Google Play build), and they live on it, so they come back when you sign in on a new phone. Activation codes bought earlier are still verified on your device, offline, and never expire, whether or not you sign in.
• Registration requires an email address and a password. Keep your password safe; anything done with your account and password is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has access, change the password (which signs out every other device).
• An account can hold at most 3 devices at once, and the number of new devices added within a period is limited. This is what makes "one purchase, unlimited phones" impractical; normal phone upgrades are unaffected. If the list is full, unlink one yourself under Me → Account.
• An activation code can be linked to one account only. If you linked it to the wrong account, contact us.
• You may delete your account at any time under Me → Account; the account number, email, password, device list and licence links are erased immediately. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or you will keep being charged. An activation code you bought earlier keeps working on your device and is released so you can link it to a new account later.
• If the interfaces are used for something other than normal use (scripted sign-ups, flooding verification emails, rotating devices), we may limit or disable the accounts involved.

4. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Pro and Max are subscriptions, monthly or yearly. Max includes everything in Pro, plus cloud storage. Lifetime licences are no longer sold; lifetime licences and activation codes bought earlier keep working and never expire.
• The Google Play build is paid through Google Play Billing and renews automatically; cancel anytime in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, and it keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and should be requested through Google Play.
• The build downloaded from this site is paid through the channel we designate and enabled on your account; nothing is charged automatically when it runs out. Refunds follow the rules of the channel you paid through. Please confirm the App runs correctly on your device before buying — the free trial exists precisely so that you can try before you pay.
• Changing phones costs nothing extra: sign in and it comes with you; if you cannot sign in at all, contact us.
• Please do not resell, lend, or publicly share accounts or activation codes. We take no responsibility for accounts or codes that stop working as a result.

5. Your Files and Content

Every drawing and model you open, import, or create is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded — this remains true after you sign in. The one exception is cloud storage: a project is uploaded only when you have Max, turn cloud storage on, and tap Back up on that project (see sections 3 and 4 of the Privacy Policy). Otherwise we do not have your files and cannot recover them for you: please keep your own backups.

6. Acceptable Use

While using the App, please do not: bypass or attempt to bypass the licence check; send automated bulk requests to this site's interfaces; use the email verification interface to send unwanted mail to others; post unlawful content to the feedback board; or otherwise interfere with other users.

7. Third-Party and Open-Source Components

The App uses several open-source components (Open CASCADE Technology under LGPL-2.1 with exception, dynamically linked; Jetpack Compose, AndroidX, and Kotlin coroutines under Apache-2.0). The full list is under Open-source licenses. DWG support is provided by a separate plugin app distributed independently under GPLv3; it is not part of this App (see DWG notes).

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is". We work hard to get it right, but we do not warrant that it is free of defects or fit for any particular purpose.
• CAD output is for reference. Measurements, geometric operations, and exported drawings and models must be reviewed by you or a qualified person before being used for manufacturing, construction, or anything with safety consequences. We are not liable for losses arising from using the App's output directly.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits; where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you actually paid for the App.
• Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to and Termination of the Service

• We may add, change, or retire features. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this site.
• If this site's code-issuing and account services ever stop running, the lifetime licence you already activated is unaffected — activation codes are verified offline on your device, with no network, no account, and no expiry. This is our commitment to paying users.
• If you seriously breach these Terms (cracking, bulk-abusing the interfaces, reselling accounts or codes), we may stop providing account and code-issuing services to you.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be settled amicably; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at the developer's location.

11. Changes to These Terms

If we update these Terms, we will revise this page and update the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this site. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
