团队服务协议

1. 关于本协议

本协议是开通团队的老师或管理员（以下称"所有者"）与指尖3D（Digit 3D）独立开发者之间，关于指尖3D 团队版（以下称"团队版"）的协议。所有者在开通团队时同意本协议。团队版同时适用服务条款和隐私政策；与它们不一致的地方，就团队版而言以本协议为准。

2. 团队与子账号

• 团队和子账号由所有者管理。建号、停用、删除、重置密码，都由所有者在团队后台操作。
• 所有者保证有权管理这些成员和他们的数据，并已告诉成员：账号和文件归团队，所有者能查看。
• 子账号只给团队里的人用于学习和工作，请不要转让、出借或出售。
• 所有者请保管好自己的邮箱和密码；用所有者账号完成的操作，视为所有者本人的操作。

3. 文件归属

• 子账号的文件归团队。子账号创建、导入、修改的文件会自动同步到团队云空间，所有者能查看。
• 成员能不能导出、带走自己的文件，由团队设置决定。
• 我们按团队的委托保管这些文件，不解析、不预览内容（见隐私政策第 3.2 节）。

4. 未成年学生

• 学生未满 14 周岁的，由学校取得其监护人同意后，再为他开子账号。
• 子账号不收手机号和邮箱；用户名可以只是编号，显示名可以不填真名。

5. 内容规范

不得在团队里存放或传播违法内容，或者侵犯他人著作权、隐私的内容。违反的，我们可以删除相关内容；情节严重的，可以冻结团队。

6. 到期、冻结与删除

• 宽限 15 天：团队到期后 15 天内一切照常。
• 冻结 180 天：之后团队冻结，成员不能登录；所有者仍能登录查看、导出，但不能新增或修改。
• 删除：冻结满 180 天，团队的账号、文件和操作记录全部删除，无法恢复；删除前会发邮件提醒所有者。
• 删除之前任何时候续费，团队立即恢复。

7. 发票与退款

• 暂不提供发票。
• 退款：开通 7 天内、还没有建子账号的，可以全额退款。

8. 其他

• 本协议没写到的（免责、责任限制、法律适用等），适用服务条款。
• 本协议如有更新，我们会修改本页面并更新顶部的"生效日期"。

1. About This Agreement

This Agreement is between the teacher or admin who opens a team (the "Owner") and the independent developer of Digit 3D, and covers Digit 3D Team ("the Team app"). The Owner accepts it when opening a team. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy also apply to the Team app; where they differ from this Agreement, this Agreement prevails for the Team app.

2. The Team and Its Accounts

• The Owner manages the team and its member accounts — creating, disabling, deleting them and resetting passwords, all in the team console.
• The Owner confirms they have the right to manage these members and their data, and has told the members that their accounts and files belong to the team and that the Owner can see them.
• Member accounts are for study and work within the team only. Please do not transfer, lend, or sell them.
• The Owner must keep their own email and password safe; anything done with the Owner’s account is treated as done by the Owner.

3. Files

• Members’ files belong to the team. Files a member creates, imports, or edits sync automatically to the team’s cloud space, where the Owner can see them.
• Whether members can export or take their own files with them is up to the team’s settings.
• We keep these files on the team’s behalf and do not parse or preview their contents (see Privacy Policy, section 3.2).

4. Students Under 14

• For a student under 14, the school must get the consent of a parent or guardian before creating the student’s account.
• Member accounts collect no phone number or email address. The username can be just a number, and the display name need not be a real name.

5. Acceptable Content

Do not store or share unlawful content in a team, or content that infringes anyone’s copyright or privacy. If this happens, we may remove the content, and in serious cases freeze the team.

6. Expiry, Freezing, and Deletion

• 15 days of grace: for 15 days after a team expires, everything works as usual.
• 180 days frozen: after that the team is frozen. Members cannot sign in; the Owner can still sign in, view, and export, but cannot add or change anything.
• Deletion: after 180 days frozen, the team’s accounts, files, and activity records are all deleted and cannot be recovered. The Owner is reminded by email before this happens.
• Renewing at any time before deletion restores the team immediately.

7. Invoices and Refunds

• We cannot issue invoices for now.
• Refunds: a full refund is available within 7 days of opening a team, provided no member accounts have been created yet.

8. Other Terms

• Anything this Agreement does not cover (disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and so on) follows the Terms of Service.
• If we update this Agreement, we will revise this page and update the "Effective" date above.
